All services are subject to a free estimate and your approval before work begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Service availability depends on scheduling, weather conditions, and geographic location. We reserve the right to decline service for any reason, including unsafe property conditions or work outside our service area.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in US dollars and are specific to the scope of work described in the estimate.
The quoted price is the price you pay. We do not add hidden fees, surcharges, or disposal charges beyond what is stated in the estimate.
Additional work discovered during the job will be communicated and approved by you before proceeding.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in writing.
We accept check, credit card, and Venmo.
For larger projects, a deposit may be required with the balance due on completion.
